Update: Logan has pointed out in the comments below that Xbox gift cards aren’t currently available on Lenovo’s website which I hadn’t realized. Hopefully they make a return before this offer expires.
The Deal
- Get 15% back at LenovoPro with a targeted Amex Offer.
Key Terms
- Expires May 31, 2023.
- Offer valid online only at US website Lenovo.com/PROAmex.
- Not valid on purchases shipped outside of the US.
- Valid only on purchases made in US dollars.
- Limit of $100 in total statement credits per Card Member.
Tips & Ideas
With a limit of $100 in total statement credits available, you’ll max out this offer when spending $666.67. Those are decent savings if you’re in the market for a new Lenovo computer, but from a gift card perspective they also sell Xbox gift cards. This therefore works the same way as Dell Amex Offers and you get the statement credits when buying those.
Click through from a shopping portal too in case the purchase tracks – here are the current rates. The terms state it’s only valid at Lenovo.com/PROAmex, but that simply redirects to the business page of Lenovo’s main website and so you shouldn’t need to click through to that specific link. When buying Xbox gift cards with past Lenovo Amex Offers, we’ve also earned Lenovo Rewards which can in turn be redeemed for Xbox gift cards making it an even better deal.
Past Expiry Dates
- November 1, 2022
- May 16, 2022
- September 28, 2021
Unfortunately, it seems like they are charging sales tax on gift card purchases
Despite me sending the actual copy of Ohio Revised Code that prohibits the collection of sales tax on gift cards they are still charging it.
I haven’t seen Microsoft gift cards available from Lenovo for a while, are you seeing them? Can you link to them?
Ah, I hadn’t realized that – I’d bought some when there was the 20% offer a few months back and hadn’t checked since. I’ll update the post.
