Roman has reached out to give a heads up that it looks like Blackhawk Network has retired the Happy Bride gift card brand.
Sure enough, when checking on HappyCards.com, Giftcards.com and GiftCardMall.com – all sites owned by Blackhawk Network – the card has disappeared. It’s also out of stock on other websites that previously sold it such as Staples.com.
It isn’t too surprising that this has happened. Bed Bath & Beyond will be closing soon, while David’s Bridal is in severe financial trouble and could end up going the same way. That’s 40% of the eligible retailers on the card, so having a Happy gift card that can only be used at Ulta, JCPenney and Spafinder simply isn’t worth it, especially because the absence of David’s Bridal would remove anything directly related to a card for brides.
Blackhawk Network has also been moving away from multi-store cards that get redeemed in-store, instead seemingly preferring cards which you redeem online for gift cards for eligible retailers. Happy Bride was one of the few remaining cards that got redeemed in-store, another nail in its coffin.
As of now, it is still available at Amazon. If you search for happy bride, it doesn’t show up but if you search for the other happy cards, it will show up on that page.

What do I do with my Happy Bride card that has a balance?
It should still be possible to use your card at the retailers displayed on the card.
Can I buy another gift card with the Happy Card
The Happy Bride gift card should allow you to buy a gift card for one of the eligible retailers in-store.
