Update 8/1/23: Reader Greg has reached out to confirm that this offer is valid in-store. It’s not valid on all gift card purchases; instead, the sign in-store says it’s valid on all Choice & Giving Good gift card purchases.
That’s still slightly confusing though because a) One4All cards are on the offer landing page and b) the sign in-store also shows Spafinder gift cards. I suspect both those brands will therefore also be eligible, but at least we know that it’s not valid on all third party gift cards.

Tips & Ideas
This offer is confusing. For starters, there was no mention of a gift card deal in the weekly ad that came out on Sunday, but there’s a banner for this offer online. Normally the online deal matches the in-store deal, so this might be available in-store too, but perhaps not.
The other confusing part is which cards are eligible for the 6x. The banner states that it’s valid on all gift card purchases with the exception of Price Chopper, Market 32, Visa and Mastercard gift cards. However, it only pictures multi-store cards like Giving Good and Choice and when clicking that link it goes to the multi-store gift cards page. This therefore might be valid on all brands, but I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s an error with the banner and that it’s only valid on Choice, Giving Good and One4All.
6x points is worth 6% back towards groceries. While that isn’t a stellar deal ordinarily, it looks like Price Chopper carries the Giving Good St Jude Children’s Research Hospital cards that can be exchanged for Best Buy gift cards, so that might be worth it for some resellers.
Note that payment online is processed by Blackhawk Network and so it won’t code as a grocery purchase. In-store purchases obviously will code as groceries.
I spoke to a rep on the phone, said that it would not apply in store.
