CVS gift cards don’t go on sale very often unless you have vouchers from Fluz which you get when signing up or referring a new member. A 10% bonus is therefore fairly good, but more for personal use than reselling.
A few things to note with this promotion. First, it’s only open to BitmoPerks members; that’s free to join, but you’ll need to take the necessary steps to do that.
Second, when entering the promo code, it’ll show up as $0 value rather than $10 or $110. Don’t worry about that – so long as it shows the CVSBONUS promo code being applied, you’re good to go. Having said that, it doesn’t hurt to take a screenshot as evidence.
Third, you can pay with PayPal, so the Chase Freedom card is a good option seeing as that’s earning 5% this quarter.
Fourth, you might not get the gift cards straight away. Bitmo used to show them as pending when paying via your checking account was the only payment option, but for some reason when buying a Home Depot gift card from a similar deal they were stuck in pending status for several hours. It said ‘Your gift may take 2-3 days to clear’ which was weird seeing as the payment had already cleared, but they came out of pending status on the same day. That might not happen with this deal, but I wanted to give a warning just in case.
Finally, the $10 bonus gift card should show up (albeit possible in a pending status) about one minute after completing the transaction, so don’t worry if it doesn’t immediately show in your wallet.
