Every year Amazon runs Prime Day (which really should be called Prime Days) where they run all kinds of deals, some of which are better than others. They’ve announced that it’ll be returning this summer from July 11-12, 2023.
This is interesting from a gift card perspective because they usually run dozens of gift card deals. Some of these are for eGift cards that run for the length of Prime Day, while others are limited time flash sales that can sell out very quickly and go live at various points throughout the day.
As always, I’ll post about all those deals as they go live, but wanted to give you a heads up now about the dates so that you can make sure you’re available for what’ll hopefully be some great gift card deals on those dates.
Target and Walmart tend to run their own equivalents to Prime Day around the same dates, so we’ll no doubt see a return of those this year too. Last year their gift card deals were lackluster, but a year or two before that Target ran some tremendous deals with high limits, so fingers crossed that they decide to run better gift card deals this year too.
