This is an interesting new deal. Lowe’s has offered online deals on its own gift cards in the past, but I’ve never heard of them running a Visa gift card deal in-store before.
I can’t remember if $200 Visa gift cards at Lowe’s have a $5.95 or $6.95 activation fee, but either way this will be profitable if you resell the $15 Lowe’s eGift card. You can make it even better by paying with a card that has the Lowe’s Chase Offer loaded to it. That offers either $13 or $19 back depending on which version you were targeted for, making it even more profitable.
Although there’s a limit of 2, the fact that it’s per email address means it’s not really a limit of 2 at all.
