The fact that the offer says that you’ll get a free $10 Walgreens gift card ‘with card’ suggests that you’ll have to swipe your Balance Rewards card in order to take advantage of this offer. That being the case, I suspect there’s a limit of 1 per customer, but there aren’t any terms stating there are any limits.
If you value Walgreens gift cards like cash, this works out to be a 10% discount which isn’t amazing.
