Are you able to buy these specific products with a credit card? All the Walgreens-es in my area are cash only for reloadable prepaids like NetSpend, MyVanilla, Serve. They aren’t even on the same rack as the rest of the GCs (the non-reloadable prepaid Visas like OneVanilla are there with the merchant GCs, but the reloadable prepaids are separate, sometimes behind the register).
To be honest I’m not sure as I’ve never tried buying them myself at Walgreens.
