You should be able to buy Under Armour gift cards online and in-store to lock in the 33.33% discount from this offer. If buying online, be aware that Under Armour has played games with some past Amex Offers where they didn’t process payment until after the offer had expired.
Something I’m not sure about is if purchases at Under Armour Factory House stores are eligible, or if it has to be regular Under Armour stores rather than outlet stores. I suspect they are eligible as I imagine Amex would specifically exclude Factory House stores if spending $75+ there wouldn’t work.
If buying in-store, link your Amex card to an RCLON-tracked card-linked program like Rakuten, United shopping portal, Alaska Airlines shopping portal or Google Pay. Gift card purchases are excluded with those in-store card-linked programs, but that doesn’t mean it’ll be enforced.
