Update 9/3/20: It looks like these Uber Visa Local Offers work in a similar way to United Visa Rewards in that the offers keep getting extended week by week. The nice thing about the Uber version is that you don’t have to view the offer in the app each week in order for it to continue being valid.

Tips & Ideas
Note that you earn 10% in Uber Cash, not actual cashback. It therefore shouldn’t be regarded as a 10% discount seeing as you can buy Uber gift cards at a discount, or for 4% cashback in the Slide app.
H&M is available with some in-store shopping portals such as Rakuten, although there’s no guarantee gift card purchases will track.
To access Uber Visa Local Offers, open the Uber app, then go to Menu > Payment > Earn Uber Cash With Visa. You can pay with any Visa card you’ve already linked in the Uber app.
Note that there’s also a 15% H&M offer in Uber Visa Local Offers, but that’s for online purchases only. H&M doesn’t process payments for online gift card purchases regardless of whether they’re physical or digital cards. That means the online offer doesn’t have a gift card play, but it could be good for personal use.
