Tips & Ideas
Tops seems to run this gift card deal every year in the couple of months leading up to Christmas. It’s a decent deal, although they set it up in a way that makes it harder to game.
The $50 grocery spending requirement means it’s harder to scale, as is the fact that spending $100 on groceries in one transaction still only earns you one gift card point. If you need to buy $100 worth of groceries, you’re therefore better off buying them in two $50 transactions, but they’d have to be done at least six hours apart due to that part of the terms.
With eligible brands including Best Buy, this will be nicely profitable for anyone regularly spending $50 on groceries, especially seeing as it’s valid for almost eight weeks.
