You have to create an account before you can even reach the checkout stage, so I’ve not been able to ascertain if they process payment themselves. The fact that it doesn’t immediately redirect to CashStar, Buyatab or another site like that suggests they do process payments themselves which means it should trigger the Amex Offer.
