This appears to be a targeted offer as I received an email about this whereas my wife didn’t.
While it’s only $5 off, it’s not a bad offer when you take into account your other earnings. If you preload your account with $70, you’ll earn 5% which is $3.50. If you click through from TopCashback before making your $75 purchase, you’ll earn 3% or 15% cashback depending on if you’re an existing customer or new customer. I don’t know if TopCashback would track it before or after the $5 discount from Slide, but I’d guess it’d be after the discount. That would mean you’d get a $75 gift card for $70 along with a total of $5.60 cashback if you’re an existing user for a net cost of $64.40. That’s a 14.13% discount which is a good offer for brands like eBay and Airbnb.
