This is a targeted offer, but it might not be displaying properly in the app. To try to find it, go to your Activity section in the app and scroll down your Private feed. If you see a banner with the image, tap on that and it’ll prepopulate the unique promo code to get the 5,000 bonus points. I didn’t actually have a banner displaying the offer, but there was a grayed out banner which wasn’t displaying any kind of offer. When tapping on that, it prepopulated a code and then displayed a Home Depot gift card. Choosing a $25 denomination displayed a message saying it had to be a minimum $50 card. When adding a $50 Home Depot gift card, it let me proceed with the transaction.
You’ll also earn 25x Perk Points as standard meaning you’ll earn a total of 6,250 points which can be redeemed for $6.25 off future gift card purchases. Getting 12.5% back in points is a great deal for Home Depot gift cards.
It is now updated to 10x Perk Points instead of 25x, unfortunately.
Yep, they seem to have dropped the rate to 10x for all the brands that they’re currently offering the bonus points on unfortunately.
