This offer isn’t going live for several weeks, but I wanted to give you a heads up about it now. To take advantage of this offer you’ll have to clip a Target Circle digital coupon, so I’ll republish this post once it’s live with a link to that coupon.
5% off isn’t all that great seeing as they sometimes run 10% discounts, but it could be useful for people that frequently shop at Target nonetheless.
This offer is being run as part of Target’s Deal Days – their version of Amazon’s Prime Day that runs during similar dates. Last year Prime Day was a bit of a letdown when it came to gift card deals, whereas Target knocked it out of the park with some excellent gift card deals with surprisingly high limits. So while this 5% discount isn’t great, there’ll hopefully be a repeat of the excellent third party gift card deals this year.
Note that although you get a 5% discount when buying third party gift cards with a Target RedCard, that discount isn’t applied when buying Target gift cards.
