This is an excellent deal on prepaid phone gift cards seeing as it works out to be a 20% discount if you value Target gift cards as good as cash. Kroger sometimes offers a 15% discount on prepaid phone gift cards which is still pretty good (especially when taking into account fuel points), but not on as many prepaid phone gift card brands as this.
