Update 6/1/20 #2: My first Starbucks gift card has just arrived, so it’s only new orders that’ll get Target gift cards.
Update 6/1/20: This deal has been changed, so you’ll now receive a $15 Target gift card when buying a $100 iTunes gift card, rather than a $15 Starbucks gift card. That’s actually a better deal for most resellers seeing as you can resell Target at higher rates than Starbucks.
I’m curious if Target had issues fulfilling the Starbucks side of the deal; I did this deal three times yesterday and despite receiving all the iTunes gift cards, I still hadn’t received the Starbucks cards. That’s been the case with all the data points I’ve seen elsewhere too.
Although this offer now gives $15 Target gift cards free, it’s not clear what’ll happen with existing orders. I’m assuming they’ll still send out Starbucks gift cards seeing as that was the offer when the transactions were made, but we’ll have to wait and see. I don’t have any $15 Target gift cards showing in my account from this deal and the Starbucks part of the offer is still showing as ‘Waiting To Transfer’.
Update: This deal is now live online. It looks like you need to buy one $100 iTunes gift card at a time because they’ll only add one Starbucks gift card to your cart regardless of how many iTunes gift cards are in there.

Tips & Ideas
This deal should go live online at about 3am ET today (May 31), plus it’ll be available in-store.
Target ran a somewhat similar deal recently, except that offer was better because you got a $15 Target gift card which is more valuable than Starbucks for most people. Having said that, there were issues with $15 Target gift cards being tied to people’s accounts (here’s why that happened), so at least that won’t be an issue with this new deal.
Don’t think this works in-store. I tried at a couple locations, neither at self-checkout or at a cash register will it trigger the promo. In the past it has worked, but not this time.
That’s strange because there’s nothing in the weekly ad suggesting that it’s online only. I wonder if there’s an error with how it’s coded in-store – hopefully it’s just a temporary issue.
My Starbucks card just arrived an hour ago at 2:44pm Eastern US time June 1, ordered at 7:45am EST yesterday
