They had a 10% off deal that ended yesterday, but this “effectivity 5%” one is much more common. One thing worth noting is Target doesn’t charge sales tax or 911 fees on these, which makes the whole exercise much more compelling.
The 5% off is more common and a decent deal, given there are no sales taxes. I have a few of these, so waiting for more 10% off deals, which is a great offer.
They do charge sales tax and 911 fees in certain states, they might not charge it in YOUR state.
I added two Tracfone cards to the cart, It gave me 10% off both, but it tried to charge the 911 fee and nearly 10% sales tax. That kills any savings.
