Assuming that you buy two cards of the same value, this works out to be a 10% discount.
If you pay with a Target REDcard, you should get a further 5% off. That 5% will be based on the already lower price though, so the overall discount would be 14.5% rather than 15% in case that affects how worthwhile it’ll be for reselling.
