Tips & Ideas
Gift cards purchased online and through the app are excluded, but buying them in-restaurant should trigger the Amex Offer.
This offer appears to be targeted – I had it on all my Membership Rewards-earning cards, whereas my wife didn’t have it on any of hers. There might be a $4 version of the offer, but I only had the 400 MR version on my cards.
