Starbucks has run a couple of similar deals recently (here and here), but neither were as generous as this.
One thing to note with the Mastercard requirement is that paying with an IHG Premier card might not work. Last time I got a message saying the following:
Delivery method must be an email address or a Facebook account
That seemed to only happen to people using an IHG card which was a shame as mine had a Starbucks Chase Offer loaded to it. I didn’t bother trying to see if it worked this time, but if you get that message then that’s likely why.

Chase IHG still does not work. I was able to use a prepaid mastercard though.
