If you’re wanting to buy a gift card to resell, you’ll need to do that inside a Starbucks store rather than online as I think their eGift card orders are processed by CashStar.
This seems to be a targeted offer on some Amex business cards, although it might be on some personal cards too. With a maximum statement credit of $5, you’ll max this out when spending $33.33.
