Update 2: I’ve worked out what the problem was with this deal. After adding the Happy gift cards, you have to also add the $10 Staples eGift card to your cart. I figured it would automatically be added seeing as Staples eGift card purchases are normally processed by CashStar, but they have a separate listing for the $10 card which I’ve included a link for below with the eligible Happy gift cards.
Update: This deal is available on several Happy gift card brands, not just Happy Teen. Seeing as it’s the same promo code for all the Happy brands, I don’t know if the limit of three means you can buy three of each brand, or if it’s three of any brand.
Be careful when doing this deal. When adding the promo code to my cart, it said ‘Promotion not applied: Item(s) that qualifies is not in your cart. Add the qualifying product(s) and try again.‘ It therefore seems like they don’t have the promotion set up correctly yet.

Tips & Ideas
This sounds like a good deal on the face of it (and it is), but because the Happy Teen gift card is a physical gift card, Staples charges $1.99 shipping which reduces its appeal a little. That means you’re paying $51.99 for $61.99 $60 in gift cards which may or may not be profitable for reselling depending on the rates available to you for Happy Teen brands like Under Armour, Sephora and Barnes & Noble.
Pay with a Chase Ink Cash or Ink Plus card for 5x or with a card that has the Staples Amex Offer loaded to it.
Nice sleuthing, Stephen!
escot, You’d have to flip the happy card to one of those brands before listing on raise, if the brand allows it.
Thanks!
Like Frank mentioned below, you’d need to convert the card by buying a gift card for one of the eligible stores with the Happy gift card, then you could resell that.
so its $51.99 for $50 Happy Gift Card + $10 Staples Gift Card which should be $60. Looks like there is a typo above saying $61.99 in gift cards.
Yep, that was a typo – I’d meant to say $60 worth of gift cards. Thanks for letting me know – I’ve fixed that now.
Hmm… Don’t see it. Dead already?
Yep, they pulled it early.
Is this dead or am I just bad at it
Nope, you’re not bad at it – they ended the deal much earlier than expected.
Must be dead as the $10 card is no longer listed on the site?
Yep, they apparently made a mistake with the card as the value of the Staples card they were sending out was 10x higher.
