This offer is apparently showing up after buying a DoorDash gift card from the 150x promotion. The 5,000 bonus points (worth $5) can be earned in addition to the 150x Perk Points, so you end up with 12,500 points which is worth $12.50, or 25% of what you spent on the gift card.
There’s likely a limit of 1 for this DD5k promo code deal, but there’s a limit of $200 per rolling 24 hours for the 150x promo.
