Tips & Ideas
The digital coupon deals include some interesting brands that could be of interest for resellers. You’ll earn 300 bonus points for every $25 spent on those brands on top of the 20x points per dollar you’ll earn as standard. If you max out a deal by spending $250 (due to the limit of 10), you’ll earn a total of 8,000 Speedy Rewards points which is worth ~$8 depending on how you redeem the points. That’s a return of ~3.2% which, when combined with rewards from a card earning more at gas stati0ns, could be worthwhile.
What’s a shame is that Speedway no longer sells variable load Best Buy gift cards. I think the highest denomination they now sell is $50, so that’ll affect the resale value of the cards you buy seeing as $100+ denominations attract higher resale rates.
The $250 limit per brand can be done in a single transaction ?
That’s certainly worked in the past.
“limit one coupon per brand per transaction”
300/$25
Thanks – I’ve added that additional part to the Key Terms in the post.
Hmm…maybe it’s only 300 points per $25+ transaction then? That’s not how it’s worked before, but perhaps it’s changed this month.
