Speedway has some of the worst ways of describing its promotions sometimes because there’s simply no way of knowing which gift card brands are eligible for their promotions.
For example, the first deal listed above (Google Play, Kohl’s, Dick’s Sporting Goods and Roblox) is listed in the app. The wording of the offer makes it sound like other brands are eligible in addition to those specifically listed because it says “…select gift cards, like Google Pay”. The inclusion of ‘like’ suggests further brands are eligible, but there are no terms provided for the offer listing which brands.
It’s a similar case with the other main deal. That’s not listed in the app but is on their website. That one says “$25 Gaming, Music & Gift Cards”. I don’t know if they placed the ampersand in the wrong place and that it’s meant to say “$25 Gaming & Music Gift Cards”, or if there’s a further category that’s supposed to have been included after the ampersand.
Is this $3 off or 30 cents?
You get 300 bonus points for every $25 spent on top of the 20x that you already earn as standard. That’s a total of 800 points per $25 spent, or 3,200 points per $100. That’s worth ~3.2% (or 30c extra per $25).
