Update 8/10/20: There was a sign for this in a local Speedway today. There wasn’t much more information, although the signage did state that Chick-fil-A and Bob Evans gift cards are excluded.

The Speedway app pushed a notification to my phone about this offer and it opened up to a landing page in the app, but the app doesn’t seem to have a digital coupon for the offer.
It therefore seems like it’s an in-store deal that’s open to anybody. I don’t think I’m going to have a chance to get to a Speedway gas station today to look for any in-store signage for more details about this offer.
Normally a $5 Speedy Cafe or Good To Go gift card in exchange for a $50 restaurant gift card wouldn’t be overly exciting. What could potentially be great is if it stacks with the Uber gift card deal. I doubt it would, but seeing as Uber gift cards can be used for Uber Eats and the gift cards specifically advise how to redeem with Uber Eats, there’s an outside change this will stack. It’d be best to test it out on only one card first though.
What’s a little annoying is that the offer says it’s for select restaurant gift cards, but the landing page in the app didn’t list which brands were available – maybe the store signage will list the eligible brands. If you happen to be there today, please let me know in the comments below if it advises which cards are eligible.
I see 100 bonus points (that’s like $.10) on $5 speedy good to go or cafe card in app/website. Same images you show but rotated like 10°. Will check in store later
I still don’t see it in the app or online, but I did see it in store. The in-store thing does not have any additional detail as to what counts as a restaurant. I was buying Uber and did not get any additional bonus
