It’s not possible to buy gift cards in the app – this is just a digital coupon within the app. Buying a Vanilla Visa gift card at a Speedway location would code as a gas station purchase.

Interesting. Before adding the digital coupon it said that it’s valid on any denomination. You’re right though that when you’ve added it to your Speedy Wallet it lists those three denominations.

We just got a speedway down the street from me so I’m pretty unfamiliar with their rewards program, approx how much are their points worth?
It depends on how you redeem the points, but 500 points is ~$0.50.
