Tips & Ideas
Both of these deals are very good as they can both be profitable for resellers. If buying multiple gift cards, I think Simon will merge the Visa gift card balance on to one card, but let me know in the comments below if I’m mistaken about that. Update: I was mistaken – Simon doesn’t merge balances on to one card if doing these deals multiple times (thanks to IK IK & Santosh in the comments below).
There are issues liquidating Visa gift cards from Simon Mall at Walmart (and some other stores) right now. However, if you’re doing this at a lower level then redeeming the Visa gift cards shouldn’t be as much of an issue.
They have never merged gc’s for these deals. Have inquired, answer has always been a hard no.

Stephen, is this an in-mall deal? If so, do you have a link to the ad? Usually these deals are advertised on the Management Office webpage for each mall, but I can’t seem to be able to find anything this time around. My nearest Simon Mall is 25 miles away, so I want to double-check the terms before I drive out there.
Never mind, please. Got a flyer from Guest Relations. The deal actually runs over two periods — 11/16-11/29 and 12/14-12/27. Excludes Happy Holidays and Choice cards. Limit 5 per day.

btw, do you know if it’s just the Happy deal which is also running December 14-27, or will the Lowe’s/Bath & Body Works/American Eagle be running on those dates too?
Both happy and Lowe’s deal run two times . Once in Nov and once in December . Yes 5 only .

I did have one time when the Simon Mall rep at the Customer Service desk merged the cards — but I have had many other times when they declined. So YMMV.
If you buy $100 in Lowe’s gift card, would you get 2 $10 gift cards or would you have to buy 2 separated $50 Lowe’s gift cards? I ask since I believe Lowe’s limits you online to 5 gift cards per order.
I don’t know if this offer is being run online or not.
