This offer isn’t very appealing seeing as Amex gift cards are much harder to liquidate than Visa gift cards, plus portals no longer offer cashback on the orders.
In the past it was possible to stack these promo codes with free shipping if you did a free trial of their shipping, but I don’t know if that’s still an option.
