Update: Saks Off 5th is charging $9.99 for shipping a physical gift card. Their site says they offer free ShopRunner delivery, but that doesn’t seem to work for gift cards.
There is a somewhat workaround though. You get free shipping on orders of $99+, but that doesn’t apply to orders consisting solely of gift cards. All you need to do is add a cheap filler item and that’ll remove the $9.99 shipping fee. If you click on Clearance in the menu bar and sort by price, there are face masks available for only $2.50. Add one of those to your cart and it’ll remove the shipping fee. Still not ideal, but it’ll save you $7.49 if you don’t have a Saks Off 5th store near you to buy the gift card in-store.
I also just realized that you can stack the offer by adding your Amex card to Google Pay and activating the Saks Off 5th online offer if ordering the gift card on their website. At the time of writing this they’re offer 2.5% cashback, so that’ll more than offset the $2.50 cost of the face mask. The terms excludes gift card purchases, but Google Pay doesn’t seem to enforce that.

eGift card purchases are excluded because payments for those are processed by Buyatab. However, you can buy physical Saks Off 5th gift cards online or in-store to lock in the 20% discount.
