Alas, serious problem with Raise lately has been very, very slow processing times for certain gift cards….. one excuse or another. (sometimes this or that card has to be manually checked; other times not… sometimes holiday non-staffing… you don’t know in advance, unless you’re regularly calling in for ‘splanations, further bogging things down.)
