The SLICKFIVE promo code is being run in conjunction with Slickdeals. The post about it on there states that it’s only valid on orders placed through Slickdeals, but I went to Raise directly and was able to apply the code.

The terms listed in that thread also state:

Orders placed through other sites will not receive cashback, miles, points etc.

It’s probably worth clicking through from a portal anyway just in case it tracks – it’s doubtful given the use of a promo code, but you never know. Here are the current rates for Raise.
