7% is a good discount and is generally as high as Raise’s discounts get when not having to spend at least $100. It’s just a shame that the promo code is only valid on only 10 gift card brands.
Many of Raise’s recent promos have had a limit of $20 in savings, but that’s been reduced to $15 with this offer, presumably due to the higher discount. That means you’ll max out the savings when spending $214.29.
