- Original coupon and gas card must be presented when purchasing $50 of groceries.
- Publix accepts only one minimum purchase coupon for every minimum grocery purchase, meaning minimum purchase coupons cannot be combined.
Tips & Ideas
Publix doesn’t have a fuel points program like some other grocery chains, so this type of promotion is their alternative.
These deals seem to be regional on at least some occasions, so check your local weekly ad to see if the coupon is available there.

I have been watching for this deal at Publix store in Sarasota FL but hasn’t been on their local grocery flyer or on website. So disappointed with this. Just now searching for information saw coupon, but has expired. Why not shared on local stores website?
I don’t know how Publix deals work, but perhaps these are sometimes regional?
What gas card are they referring to in the Key Terms? “Original coupon and gas card must be presented when purchasing $50 of groceries.” Is it the gas card you are buying?
The gas card refers to a gift card for a gas station chain (e.g. Shell, BP, etc.)
These dates never line up when we have the promotion in Tallahassee, Florida.
It’s not in our ad in Miami, Florida
It certainly seems like these deals have dried up, I’ve only seen them a couple of times this year.
The coupon shows up for me online with my local Publix selected, but does NOT show up in the printed flyer at my store. Unfortunately I already shopped there, thinking it would be in the printed flyer.
exactly the same for me.. the coupon shows on the online flyer, but i went to the store and the exact same flyer is printed there, without the coupon
I looked at the fine print for this flyer. It is only valid for James City County, Virginia! NOT valid in Florida, Georgia, etc.

I’ve been getting this gas card promotion for at least 6 years. I noticed last year that they spread the promo out. There was one in early Dec. 2023 and the last one was the weekend of Mar 14th, in the South Florida area. That’s about 21 or 22 weeks ago.
I’m assuming that they’ve ended the promotion. They used to be every 2 – 3 months. It was 4 months between Dec & Mar, and now over 5 months. It must be discontinued.
