This is a decent deal if you’ll be able to redeem the bonus cards within their validity dates. One thing I noticed when looking into this is that the $20 bonus cards aren’t listed in your cart when checking out, so be sure to take screenshots of the offer terms when buying in case the bonus cards don’t arrive.
If you have a PetSmart Chase Offer, the statement credit from that should get triggered; it has in the past anyway. PetSmart Amex Offers on the other hand won’t work due to a difference in the way those card-linked offers are processed.
