Update 12/30/22: LiquidationStation has shared more details about this in the comments below and it seems like there’s not a great deal available here. Per their comment:
You have to show them you’re a business and get approved.
Your first purchase cannot be by credit card. After that purchases by credit card are charged a 3% transaction fee.
Payment by ACH or Check has no fees. Basically this isn’t a profitable offer for anyone.
The Deal
- Buy $1,000 Visa and Mastercard gift cards with a $2.95 purchase fee from PerfectGift.com when using promo code SPRING23.
- Direct link to offer.
Key Terms
- Visa gift cards have 6 month expiration.
Tips & Ideas
There are a few things to note regarding this deal. For starters, this deal from PerfectGift.com is being done via their partnership with Capital One Business Deals (formerly Capital One Spring). You don’t need to have a Capital One credit card or business to register for a free Capital One Business Deals account.
It seems like you have to click through from the Capital One site to PerfectGift.com and register for a business account with them which appears to involve receiving a phone call to set that up.
There are two aspects to this offer from Capital One Business Deals. It looks like there’s normally a $500 co-brand setup fee, but this is waived thanks to the Capital One partnership. Once your account is set up, you’ll then be able to order $1,000 Visa and Mastercard gift cards with a purchase fee of only $2.95 by using promo code SPRING23. That’s a decent deal which potentially works out to be even cheaper than ordering from Simon Mall online even when using one of their promo codes.
There are a couple of other important things to note. The first is that these particular cards expire after 6 months, so you won’t want to sit on them for too long before liquidating them. The second aspect relates to the liquidation side of things. These Visa and Mastercard gift cards are issued by Sutton Bank which might make it easier to liquidate them if your local stores accept those but not MetaBank/Pathward cards for money orders.
There are some unknowns regarding this deal:
- Payment Method – I don’t know if you’re able to buy these Visa and Mastercard gift cards with a credit card, or if they require ACH payment. If you can’t pay by credit card, that makes the offer much less interesting.
- Mailing – Purchase fees are $2.95 with the promo code, but there’ll no doubt be some kind of shipping fees involved which will impact on the overall value of the deal.
- Coding – If they do accept credit card payment, I don’t know what PerfectGift.com will code as. I suspect it’ll be something miscellaneous, but if you do take advantage of this deal keep an eye on that coding in case it does anything interesting.
Anyone try them? Can these be bought with credit card and liquidated at WM?
Can be bought with CC, but only after you place a first order by check/wire/ach. After than its a 3% fee on purchases in addition to the purchase fee of $2.95.

Thanks for confirming this – that’s a shame. I’ll update the post.
