Note that this deal is giving double points rather than a 10% discount. That means you’ll get 10% back in points redeemable towards other gift cards in the app, rather than 10% off + 5% back towards other gift cards which is how some of the other Lowe’s gift card deals have run recently in the app.

The good thing is that it seems like you can buy an unlimited number of these cards. There’s a limit of $1,500 per transaction which comes in the form of three $500 cards, but the email from Pepper states you can buy as many as you like today in order to earn 10% back. That means that this will flood the resale market even more, depressing the resale value of $500 Lowe’s cards.

Update: The terms state that this deal can’t be combined with other offers, so I think that means that you won’t earn additional points if you’re currently earning 10% back on all purchases if you’re a new customer.
