No to both. It appeared on my account one day and ever since, every single PPDG promo ends up like this. All other aspects of my PayPal are still normal
same problem for me. 2 player family. doing from same home computers. Haven’t been oversease in a decade. But nothing works, on any of our computers. Just this stupid, idiotic error. Never mind we both have had successful transactions from same home computers. Tried asking for help from miserable “virtual assistant” … and one IDIOTIC non answer after another.
ps, did eventually get one account to work, AFTER clearing cache, then doing pc re-start. who knows?
