This offer appears to be an online-only offer which is a shame because many Old Navy stores have a gift card rack which has third party gift cards such as Amazon.
Old Navy eGift card purchases are processed by CashStar and so won’t trigger the Chase Offer. You should be able to buy up to $80 worth of Old Navy physical gift cards though to trigger the statement credit.
