This is a decent deal because even if you don’t value OD/OM Rewards at full value, the high 25% rate means you can still likely get good value when redeeming them.
This is also valid on all Happy gift cards rather than only certain Happy brands which is how they sometimes ran the offer last year. I’m curious if this offer will also be coded to offer rewards on Giving Good gift cards seeing as they’re also issued by Blackhawk Network and work similarly to Happy gift cards. Home Depot is an option on the Habitat For Humanity Giving Good card, so that would be a nice option if it worked on that card.
You can also earn 5x by paying with a Chase Ink Plus/Ink Cash card.
I tried to buy one of these, for personal use in two different locations on two different days and they could not get them to ring up. The staff was patient and asked other staff, but seemed confused and frustrated when they could not get them to work. One location removed them all from the racks, as to not inconvenience other customers.
