This offer is instantly profitable as you’ll make $2.10 if buying a $200 and $100 card or profitable by $1.10 if buying two $200 cards. Despite making a smaller profit when buying two $200 cards, that actually works out to be the better deal due to the additional points you’ll earn on the extra $100 of spend.
If you have a Chase Ink Plus or Ink Cash card, you’ll earn 1,995 Ultimate Rewards or $19.95 cashback which sweetens the deal even further. I think some people have an offer for Office Depot/OfficeMax in the Dosh app, but that’s a targeted offer and I wasn’t lucky enough to be targeted and so don’t know if it’s still around or not.
