MyGiftCardsPlus has been offering 20% back on Domino’s gift cards a few times recently, so I’m not sure if the $500 limit is a new allowance or if it’s just the return of a previous deal whereby you won’t be able to get the 20% back again.
As always with these MGCP deals, the cashback comes in the form of Swagbucks. Those can be redeemed for cash via PayPal or for third party gift cards, so it’s as good as cash.
