The digital coupon doesn’t specify an upper limit of how much you can spend on restaurant gift cards. I wouldn’t be surprised if they have an unspecified limit of $500 in spend (i.e. $100 in savings) seeing as that’s how a lot of their gift card deals work, but it may well be that there’s no limit in place other than how much the store is willing to sell to you in one transaction.
A 20% discount will be profitable for a number of gift card brands, especially if it includes cards like Instacart, Uber Eats, DoorDash, etc.
Note that this offer ends tomorrow (September 3) rather than lasting for a week.

Went into Meijer and did well. 8x 75s on Starbucks for sell, 1x 75 Pizza Hut to treat my employees to lunch, and a 50 DoorDash for me to pad my balance, all in 1 transaction and self checkout 20% discount automatically came off. Great deal wish I had hit it harder but this is my first Meijer in store GC deal so didn’t know the lay of the land, also had my 2 year old son with me so limited time/bandwidth lol
