It’s always a shame that Amazon gift cards are excluded from these Meijer deals, but you can buy other high value gift card brands like Best Buy, Home Depot, eBay, etc. which should make it break even or profitable for reselling.
You don’t have to buy 10x $50 gift cards for this deal – buying a single $500 gift card will earn you $50 back in rewards if that’s easier for you.

Tried this today with a $500 dollar Disney Gift Card and found a caveat! You do get $50 mperks rewards, however, they are credited to your rewards in $5 dollar increments, so you are only able to use $5 of the rewards per each future transaction, not the whole $50 at a time. Could end up being a bit tedious.
You can use as many as you like at the same time. I just used 10 of the $5 rewards yesterday on the same transaction.
