Meijer often runs this deal on most gift cards, so it’s a shame that only fashion gift cards are eligible. It does include at least one brand of Happy gift card though, so that could be a way to purchase other gift cards at a 10% discount.

Unfortunately Meijer hasn’t provided a list of what they class as ‘Fashion’ gift cards. Some brands will be obvious, but would Target qualify as fashion? There’s no way of knowing without buying a $50 Target gift card and seeing if you get the $5 reward.
