Update 11/29/19 no. 2: It sounds like 3x points aren’t posting at all Giant and/or Stop & Shop stores. If you see a sign in-store for the deal, you should be fine. If there’s no sign, I’d do a test purchase first before going all-in.

Tips & Ideas
This is a decent deal on Visa gift cards in particular. Buying a $500 Visa gift card will earn you 1,500 points which can save you up to $30 off gas or $15 off groceries. Whichever option you choose, you should come out ahead after the $5.95 activation fee. It doesn’t look like there are any limits on how many VGCs you can buy, so fill your boots.
