This is a bit of a convoluted and misleading offer. MAC Cosmetics is listing the $10 card as an eGift card, but it’s actually a promo card seeing as it expires on January 15, 2020. It also looks like you have to spend $50 in order to use the $10 promo card which is a restriction you don’t normally get with these offers. It therefore seems to work more like Kohl’s Cash or Gap Cash than regular promo card offers.
