I’ve never been to a Lucky’s Market store, but seeing as it’s a grocery store I’m assuming they have a third party gift card rack. If they sell Visa and Mastercard gift cards, this will cover most of the activation fee, or it could be used to save 10% on high value brands like Amazon or Best Buy.
