These offers might be targeted, although my wife and I got them on Chase cards that are rarely used and thus hardly ever get targeted for Chase Offers.

The 10% offer is good on up to $130 of spend, while the 15% offer is good on up to $133.33 of spend.

Lowe’s stores tend to have great gift card racks which include Amazon gift cards and Visa and Mastercard gift cards. They also often have gift cards for grocery stores in your local area like Kroger and Giant, so those are good alternative options for using this offer.

If you’re not near a Lowe’s store, you can order their physical gift cards online to trigger the offer. eGift cards don’t work though as payments for those orders aren’t processed by Lowe’s.
